Before filing a case for ASSISTED NEGOTIATION or MEDIATION kindly follow these steps before proceeding

3. Mediation is FREE of charge for all Feedback Disputes arising out of all Successful PaisaPay Transactions (applicable for transactions after 00:00 AM IST on 10th Dec, 07) Please look here for conditions and how to avail this special offer.

4. For non - PaisaPay transactions and Assisted Negotiation cases please pay the requisite fees to ODR INDIA before filing your case

Rs 50/= per case for Assisted Negotiation

Rs 500/= per case for Mediation

i) Please pay the requisite amount for the number of cases you wish to file via online bank transfer or deposit the amount in ICICI bank account number :- 000105016814 in favour of a Online Dispute Resolution Consultancy India Pvt Ltd.
Payment via Pay Pal can be made to ODR INDIA PayPal id - paypal88@odrindia.com . USD amount should be calculated at the date of payment using the currency converter XE available at http://www.xe.com/ucc/

Example:

1 Assisted Negotiation Case - Rs 50/=

15 Assisted Negotiation Cases - Rs 50 x 15 = Rs 750/=

1 Mediation Case - Rs 500/=

5 Mediation Cases - Rs 500 x 5 = Rs 2,500/=

5 Assisted Negotiation Cases and 2 Mediation Cases - Rs 50 x 5 (Rs 250) + Rs 500 x 2 (Rs 1,000) = Rs 1,250/=

ii) When the requisite amount has been paid please send an email to odr_payment@odrindia.cominforming ODR INDIA of the amount paid, bank transaction reference Paypal reference and the number of Assisted Negotiation or Mediation cases you wish to file. Please also include your eBay id, the Name or account from which the amount has been paid and any other transaction details, if any.

iii) Upon confirmation of receipt of fees, you will receive an email from ODR INDIA requesting you to proceed with the filing of case/s and directing you on how to file a case.

KINDLY NOTE: Feedback related Cases should be filed only under Mediation.


Important Notice: The buyer has the right to insist on the negative feedback remaining because of the bad buyer experience. ODR India will mediate for the negative feedback removal.
