                             Conditions to be met for Feedback Withdrawal
   
  •   All Feedback cases must be submitted within 90 days of the Feedback being left.
         Feedback older than 90 days will not be considered for withdrawal.

    •    
  •   Cases must be filed with the correct transaction information and the item must not
         violate eBay policy.

    •    
  •   Mediator or Reviewer will be assigned by ODR INDIA.

  •   File a Mediation Case requesting feedback withdrawal

    2nd Party responds and agrees to ODR 2nd Party does not respond within 14 days
