Fees
MODE OF PAYMENT Payment
is made in one of the following ways:
1. 1st party: The party who files the case is deemed to be
the 1st party. If 1st party payment is selected then he/she
pays for the service
2. 2nd party: The other party to the case is deemed to be
the 2nd party. If 2nd party payment is selected then he/she
pays for the service.
3. Both parties: If this is selected, both parties, each,
pay half of the fees respectively for the service.
We accept payment via Paypal or Offline Payment. The payment
page contains a link to Paypal. If party/ies wish to pay using
Paypal, party/ies should click on the
“Paypal” button. This will take party/ies
to the Paypal payment page. Party/ies will have to fill in
the details on the Paypal page and approve payment. Please note that payment made via paypal will need to be made in USD $.
If party/ies wish to make payment other than via Paypal, then
party/ies can check the “Offline
Payment” box on the payment page. Administration
will contact you accordingly to make the offline payment. Payments made offline can be made in Indian Rupees.

FEES
Assisted Negotiation - USD $11 (online payment) or Rs 500 (offline payment) per case for a period of 14 days.
Automated Negotiation – USD $11 (online payment) or Rs 500 (offline payment) per case. If bids do not match, parties can have any number of attempts for a period of 14 days.
Mediation – In the event parties wish to apply for extension, extension will be provided for a further 14days at the rate of USD $11 or Rs 500 for Assisted Negotiation and USD $34 or Rs 1,500 for Mediation.

Arbitration - USD $305 - USD $900 (online payment) or Rs 13,500 - Rs 40,000 (offline payment), depending upon the amount in dispute and subject matter of the case.
